Cancellation Policy for 24-Hour Advance Bookings

Hey all you talented recording musicians! Just wanted to give you a friendly heads up about our session booking policy

Free Cancellation Window:

You may cancel your booking without any charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled service or appointment. This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer the slot to other clients.

Late Cancellation Fee:

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will incur a fee equivalent to 25% of the booking cost. This fee compensates for the lost opportunity to serve other musicians and covers our preparation costs.

No-Show Policy:

Failure to cancel and not showing up for your appointment will result in a 100% charge of the booking fee. This policy is in place to ensure fairness to our staff and other musicians who could have booked that time slot.

How to Cancel:

To cancel your booking, please contact us directly through [your preferred contact method: phone, email, website, etc.]. Provide your booking details, including name and appointment time, to expedite the cancellation process.

Rescheduling:

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please let us know at the time of cancellation. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time based on availability. The late cancellation fee will not apply if you reschedule more than 24 hours in advance.

Exceptions:

We understand that emergencies happen. If you must cancel within 24 hours due to an emergency, please provide evidence of the situation, and we will waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.
